Professional Development
NJFL believes its most valuable resource is its people. Whether we are giving youth a voice, training youth for leadership, or empowering educators, our goal is simple: to reinforce coaches’ identity as professionals, provide training and development in forensics, and accredit/recognize the accomplishments of its members. We support, nurture, and recognize our coaches. NJFL’s commitment to its mission, its respect within the academic community, and resources available to such an established organization made it the primary candidate for such a responsibility. The NFL has provided coaches with years of helpful articles in Rostrum magazine, while providing an assortment of instructional audio, video, online and print materials to supplement teaching and learning. With that tradition as a foundation, we’re taking coach education efforts to a new level!
